Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging learning programs for staff and agencies, blending instructional design with LMS administration and digital content development.

This remote role reports to the Senior Director of Learning and Development, requires a strong portfolio and Docebo/Articulate expertise, and offers national remote work with travel about 10%.

Qualifications

• Digital portfolio demonstrating instructional design and multimedia work.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and learner-centered design.
• Experience creating eLearning and videos for diverse audiences.
• Experience administering an LMS and supporting learners.
• Ability to test for accessibility and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning needs.
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Create eLearning courses, videos, and job aids.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align with goals.
• Administer LMS content, publishing, updating, and troubleshooting.
• Generate LMS reports to support decision making and improvement.
• Facilitate learning sessions, in-person and virtual.
