Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters of America seeks a Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and deliver learner-centered solutions for BBBSA staff and agencies. The role blends instructional design, LMS administration, and digital content development to advance strategic priorities.

The LXD will create eLearning using Articulate Rise 360, produce instructional videos, and maintain LMS content, reports, and user support.

Qualifications

Digital portfolio demonstrating instructional design, eLearning, multimedia work.
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
Experience with Articulate Rise 360 and multimedia development.
Docebo LMS administration and user support experience.
QA and accessibility testing capabilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct needs assessments to identify learning and performance needs.
Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
Create eLearning courses in Articulate Rise 360, instructional videos, job aids, and other digital assets.
Collaborate with SMEs to develop learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Administer and maintain LMS content, publish, update, test, and troubleshoot.
Monitor LMS-related support requests and escalate issues as needed.
Conduct QA testing of courses, learning plans, enrollments, and learning technologies.
Generate and analyze LMS reports to support decision-making.
Facilitate learning sessions and forums, in-person and virtual.
Develop and maintain learner guides, job aids, knowledge articles, and support docs.
Stay current on learning tech and best practices.
Solve problems creatively and align with BBBSA values.
