PeoplePartners is seeking an E-Learning Instructional Designer to turn expertise into engaging online experiences for an Australian organization. You will translate SME content into clear digital learning through Articulate, LMS/SCORM integration, and QA to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in instructional design, education and training.
• Hands-on experience creating interactive multimedia learning using Articulate.
• Experience with LMS and SCORM.
• Strong visual design and storyboarding.
• HTML & CSS knowledge for minor edits.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• RTO experience is not required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate.
• Transform SME content into online learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, instructional copy, and audio/video scripts.
• Develop and manage learning content for LMS and SCORM environments.
• Conduct usability testing and QA of e-learning resources.
• Ensure learning materials meet relevant standards, visual guidelines, copyright, and IP requirements.
• Develop resources and training to support effective e-learning delivery.
• Support e-learning design, development, implementation, and handover processes.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Review existing learning programs and recommend improvements to instructional methods and delivery.
• Monitor instructional design and learning technology trends and recommend improvements.
