EasyLlama is seeking a Learning Experience Designer (Contract) to design and build leadership training for a wide range of managers and leaders. You will craft engaging courses, apply AI-powered workflows, and contribute to a growing library with a consistent voice across topics.

This remote role supports candidates nationwide in the United States. Ideal candidates bring instructional design excellence, strong writing, and experience turning complex ideas into practical training.

Qualifications

• Independently create training content across varied subject areas.
• Turn complex concepts into engaging digital training in an LMS.
• Experience with AI-powered course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise.
• Strong writing, instructional design skills, and attention to detail.
• Comfort writing about sensitive topics with appropriate tone.
• Experience using Generative AI tools in course design.

Responsibilities

• Research, outline, develop, and QA courses across topics from leadership to management.
• Write clear, engaging, learner-centered content grounded in credible sources.
• Apply scenario-based instructional design for interpersonal and judgment skills.
• Maintain a consistent voice and structure across a large library.
