Job summary

Toolio is seeking a Learning & Enablement Consultant to design and deliver training for retailers, partners, and internal teams. You will help build the Toolio Academy, write help articles, and run webinars that align with the customer journey.

You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales to ensure materials stay current as the product evolves and to drive adoption of new features across thousands of users.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Planning or Merchandising with Open-to-Buy, Assortment Planning and Allocation concepts.
• Ability to present planning concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for evolving retail tech and how it enables data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live and recorded training for customers, partners, and internal teams; maintain Toolio Academy courses, assessments and certifications.
• Contribute to and maintain centralized training content library, help center articles, and webinar materials.
• Update training content to reflect new features and best practices.
• Stay engaged with live customers post-implementation and identify gaps to feed into content.
• Support internal training sessions for Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, and Support.
• Gather feedback and help track enablement metrics to show impact.
