Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking a Sales Support Advisor in the United States to design, develop, and present training materials for the Services Sales organization. You will create advanced eLearning content with SMEs from various groups and lead global training initiatives to improve performance and outcomes.

The role requires identifying training opportunities, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and delivering effective training solutions while applying established practices and evaluation criteria.

Qualifications

• Prior Sales Experience and/or experience working closely with sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small to mid-sized project teams.
• Prior Learning and Development, or content design experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of training development with industry e-Learning certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and present training materials for Services Sales.
• Create complex eLearning content with SMEs from PG, Marketing and Sales Leaders.
• Identify training opportunities and develop organizational solutions.
• Lead training events and coordinate cross-functional meetings for global needs.
• Apply judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria.
