Job summary

Global Overview is seeking a Lead Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate training on GO's tool stack including Skai, Intentwise, MerchantSpring, SmartScout, AMC, and more. The role partners with Ad Product Enablement to translate technical platform content into engaging training for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related field.
• 5+ years in learning & development, instructional design, or talent development.
• Experience designing and facilitating training for diverse audiences in a corporate setting.
• Preference for ecommerce (Amazon, agency, brand) experience.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with data-driven mindset.
• Ability to analyze learning and platform data and translate insights into improvements.
• Proficiency with LMS, authoring tools, and analytics for training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments using data, interviews, surveys, and metrics.
• Design and deliver training on GO's tool stack (Skai, Intentwise, MerchantSpring, SmartScout, AMC).
• Translate complex content into clear, usable training for diverse audiences.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, microlearning, and job aids.
• Build certification and proficiency frameworks to track training completion.
• Utilize LMS and analytics tools to manage and measure training content.
• Deliver change management training tied to tool/platform rollouts.
• Coordinate scoping, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and evaluation of programs.
• Maintain training content library and provide individualized coaching as needed.
• Coordinate external training resources and monitor progress with evaluation frameworks.
• Stay current with GO's tool stack and the retail media/ad tech landscape.
