Job summary

Allego is seeking a senior leader to design and scale customer education, enablement, and adoption programs across the SaaS platform. You will build scalable enablement experiences—videos, guides, playbooks, webinars, and learning paths—driving customer success and product adoption.

In this hybrid role, you will own education strategy, manage knowledge bases and learning technologies, partner with enablement, sales, and customer success, and deliver workshops and events.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling customer education or enablement programs in SaaS.
• Familiarity with revenue enablement or sales enablement tech.
• Proven ability to develop instructionally sound learning content.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Allego's customer enablement strategy and scalable programs.
• Transform product documentation into self-service resources with practical guidance.
• Create educational experiences (videos, guides, webinars, learning paths) to drive adoption.
• Design and evolve Alleggo's education ecosystem, including certifications and programs.
• Develop turnkey resources and starter kits to accelerate customer adoption.
• Deliver workshops, webinars, and product showcases to increase engagement.
• Own and advance enablement systems and tooling (knowledge bases, learning programs).
