Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with a client to recruit a Learning & Development Manager. This remote role requires residing in Texas and offers a salary of $95,000 to $100,000 per year plus bonus.

You will develop foundational L&D programs, partner with HR and Operations, and influence learning strategy across a multi-state organization. You will serve as the primary L&D resource, assessing current practices and building scalable training solutions for both field-based and corporate staff, all

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience creating, implementing, or improving training programs and onboarding initiatives.
• Background supporting customer-facing, multi-unit environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing training programs, onboarding processes, and learning resources to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Establish a strategic roadmap for learning and development initiatives across the organization.
• Identify employee skill gaps and recommend training solutions that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to align development programs with organizational priorities.
• Create and maintain training materials, employee guides, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Develop engaging learning resources that enhance onboarding and ongoing employee development.
• Expand and improve training initiatives delivered through external vendors and franchise partners.
• Partner with HR, Operations, and business leaders to assess learning needs and implement effective solutions.
• Build credibility with stakeholders and influence employee development initiatives without direct authority.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Research emerging learning technologies, training methods, and industry best practices.
• Support learning-related budgeting, planning, and program prioritization.
