The Evangelical Alliance Mission | TEAM is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to lead global people development initiatives from a fully remote US base. You will design cohesive learning programs, champion adult learning, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to drive leadership effectiveness and organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive L&D experience, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
• Experience designing and scaling enterprise learning programs and leading regional L&D teams.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and integration of learning within the employee life cycle.
• Demonstrated success driving organizational change and leadership development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set global L&D strategy and priorities aligned with TEAM’s objectives.
• Integrate learning across the Human Resource Life Cycle (onboarding, performance development, leadership development, succession).
• Partner with regional L&D leads to design and localize learning programs.
• Develop training pathways and frameworks for staff growth at all levels.
• Provide governance, tools, and budget oversight to regional teams.
• Sponsor coaching and mentoring programs and foster a coaching culture.
• Measure program effectiveness using data analytics and close capability gaps.
• Define competency models for entry to leadership levels.
• Act as a change agent to support organizational transformations.
