Job summary
Landscape Alliance is seeking a Learning Designer to develop online and blended courses focused on sustainable finance and landscape finance for an international audience. The role is remote consultancy, spanning 12 months, with collaboration across an international team and SMEs to design competency-based curricula.
You will build SCORM-compliant modules using Moodle, Articulate Rise/Storyline and related tools, ensuring accessibility and quality across languages and platforms.
Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of pedagogy for sustainable development and adult education.
- Experience with Moodle-based LMS, Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- 5+ years of experience in leading instructional/learning design.
- Understanding of WordPress CMS and data management systems.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging online and blended learning experiences for learners.
- Assess learner needs and design competency-based curricula and assessments.
- Develop content and e-learning materials with subject matter experts.
- Build courses in authoring tools and ensure accessibility and quality.
- Coordinate with SMEs and manage approvals for course design.
- Pilot test courses and support learner analytics and evaluation.
