Job summary

Dreamscape Learn seeks a Curriculum & Learning Design Associate (Temporary - 3 months) to develop, produce, QA, and deliver curriculum materials for students and educators. The role requires strong instructional-design background, solid copyediting, and familiarity with multiple LMS platforms.

Remote work from Culver City, CA is offered for a three-month assignment with possible extension. The position emphasizes collaboration with instructional designers, SMEs, and product teams, plus attention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, curriculum and instruction, educational technology, or related field.
• Experience developing, editing, formatting, or implementing instructional materials.
• Experience with LMS platforms (Canvas, D2L Brightspace, Blackboard, Schoology, or Google Classroom).
• Strong writing, editing, formatting, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards or willingness to develop expertise.
• Strong organizational and asset-management skills across multiple projects.
• Comfort learning new technologies in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Format and prepare instructional materials for publication, ensuring consistency with templates, branding, and design standards.
• Copyedit and proofread materials for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and usability.
• Support instructional designers and curriculum leads in creating and revising curriculum resources.
• Conduct QA reviews of curriculum materials and LMS courses before release, ensuring WCAG 2.2 compliance.
• Build, format, update, and migrate courses across LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Schoology, Google Classroom).
• Maintain organized curriculum files, track version updates, and support distribution to partners.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, designers, and product teams to move curriculum through development, QA, and release.
• Apply feedback consistently across all materials.
