Qualifications

• Understanding of Apprenticeship Assessment and EPA.
• Commercial knowledge of the education environment and requirements for providers.
• 3-5 years of experience managing a portfolio of products.
• Deep knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories.
• Familiarity with Ofqual General Condition of Recognition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical product solutions.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Experience using AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Strong organization and time management with multitasking ability.
• Data-driven mindset and customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, PowerBI.
• Knowledge of instructional design tools.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content supporting learners, providers, and stakeholders across the assessment journey.
• Develop apprenticeship standards and EPA assessment materials aligned with roadmap and budget.
• Maintain and refine existing materials and documentation per roadmap and controls.
• Assess risks from design to delivery to ensure scalability and quality.
• Apply instructional design principles to create accessible learning materials.
• Create key artifacts to support learners, providers, and employers.
• Use up-to-date authoring tools and multimedia to build online assessment materials.
• Manage multiple products across lifecycle stages.
• Ensure compliance with Ofqual General Condition of Recognition.
• Maintain CPD to support assessment range; assist delivery if needed.
• Identify future product opportunities by reviewing specs and requirements.
