Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Learning Design Lead to diagnose workforce skilling needs and translate technical gaps into actionable learning solutions.

You will partner with Tech leaders and SMEs to improve associate performance and develop scalable, learner-centered experiences across multiple modalities. As a senior individual contributor, you will define outcomes, validate content, and manage discovery through implementation and measurement.

Qualifications

• Conduct performance consulting to diagnose skill gaps and define measurable outcomes.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, role-specific learning experiences.
• Apply instructional design methods for technical and professional skill development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose learning and workforce capability needs and map to business priorities.
• Design and deliver learner-centered experiences across ILT, VILT, eLearning, microlearning, and performance support.
• Partner with SMEs and Tech leaders to validate accuracy and prioritize critical tasks.
• Define learning success measures and evaluate outcomes using data and feedback.
• Configure and maintain LMS assets to support deployment, tracking, and reporting.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis and content development while ensuring governance.
• Collaborate to develop skilling roadmap and advise on learning requests.
• Communicate progress and risks to leaders and stakeholders.
• Provide LMS support as needed and perform other duties.
