Job summary

Lumen is seeking an experienced GTM Systems Administrator specializing in LeanData to lead administration, governance, optimization, and evolution of our Lead-to-Revenue platform across multiple Salesforce environments.

The GTM Systems Administrator will partner closely with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Campaign Operations, Demand Generation, and Salesforce teams to design scalable processes that improve speed-to-lead, routing accuracy, operational efficiency, and

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of LeanData/Salesforce/Revenue Operations or GTM tech experience.
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and sales automation.
• Experience supporting complex Salesforce environments and cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer LeanData platform including routing, matching, FlowBuilder, and governance.
• Configure lead, contact, account, opportunity, and buying-group workflows.
• Maintain routing governance, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and adoption for scalability.
• Audit routing logic, ownership rules, queues, and configurations.
• Design and optimize lead routing to improve speed-to-lead and conversions.
• Develop account matching strategies across Salesforce instances.
• Build automated queue management for balanced lead distribution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve lifecycle management and scoring.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with Marketing, Revenue, Sales Ops, and BI to translate requirements.
• Support analytics, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Facilitate data flow with Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, and other MarTech.
• Provide user enablement, training, and runbooks; troubleshoot issues.
