Job summary

Lumen is seeking a GTM Systems Administrator specializing in LeanData to lead admin, governance, and optimization of our Lead-to-Revenue platform. You will configure routing, account matching, and buying-group orchestration across Salesforce environments while partnering with Marketing, Revenue, Sales Ops, and BI teams.

The role focuses on improving speed-to-lead, routing accuracy, and pipeline performance through scalable processes and automation in a fully remote U.S. position.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience administering LeanData, Salesforce, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related GTM technology platform.
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead routing, account matching, and sales process automation.
• Experience configuring workflow automation and business process rules.
• Experience supporting complex Salesforce environments and cross‑functional business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and govern the LeanData platform, including routing logic and governance standards.
• Configure lead, contact, account, opportunity, and buying-group orchestration processes.
• Monitor platform health and adoption to ensure reliable operations.
• Design and optimize lead routing processes to improve speed-to-lead and conversion.
• Build dashboards and reports measuring routing effectiveness and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, and BI teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
