Lumen Technologies is seeking an experienced GTM Systems Administrator to lead LeanData administration, governance, and optimization across Salesforce environments. You will partner with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Campaign Ops, and Salesforce teams to design scalable processes that improve speed-to-lead, routing accuracy, and pipeline performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years administering LeanData, Salesforce or related GTM tech.
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and sales automation.
• Experience with complex Salesforce environments and cross‑functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer LeanData platform including routing logic and governance.
• Configure lead, contact, account, opportunity, and buying-group orchestration.
• Develop dashboards and reports to measure routing effectiveness and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Salesforce teams to translate requirements.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of new capabilities.
