Job summary

Lumen is seeking a GTM Systems Administrator specialized in LeanData to lead governance, optimization, and evolution of our Lead‑to‑Revenue platform across multiple Salesforce environments.

You will partner with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Campaign Ops, and BI teams to design scalable processes that improve speed‑to‑lead, routing accuracy, and pipeline performance, while driving automated journeys across the business.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years administering LeanData, Salesforce, or related GTM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of lead lifecycle, routing, and sales process automation.
• Experience supporting complex Salesforce environments and cross-functional processes.
• Experience configuring workflow automation and business rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and govern LeanData platform configurations and routing logic.
• Support lead, contact, account, opportunity, and buying-group orchestration.
• Establish routing governance, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and adoption for scalability.
• Audit routing logic, ownership rules, queues, and matching configurations.
• Design optimized lead routing and lifecycle processes to improve SLA adherence and conversions.
• Build data quality strategies for account matching across Salesforce instances.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, and BI teams.
