Job summary

Lumen is redefining AI-ready connectivity and GTM operations. We seek a seasoned LeanData/Salesforce administrator to own lead routing, account matching, and revenue-process automation across Salesforce environments.

You will collaborate with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, and BI to design scalable processes, improve speed-to-lead, and drive pipeline performance. This role is fully remote in the United States.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of LeanData/Salesforce/Revenue Operations platform administration.
Strong knowledge of lead lifecycle, routing, and sales process automation.
Experience supporting complex Salesforce environments across teams.
Ability to configure workflow automation and business rules.
Analytical problem-solving and effective stakeholder communication.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Platform administration & governance of LeanData across multiple Salesforce orgs.
Lead routing, account matching, queue management, and buying-group orchestration.
Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, Sales Ops and BI teams for scalable solutions.
Develop dashboards and reports to measure routing effectiveness and SLA adherence.
Support integration with Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, and other GTM tools.
Provide user enablement, training, and runbooks for platform users.
