Job summary

Fortune 1000 is seeking a Lean Leader for its Fort Valley, GA site. You will partner closely with the Director of Lean, Plant Management and other operations leaders to drive change while respectfully challenging the status quo.

Responsibilities include ensuring lean execution that drives customer and stakeholder results, teaching and coaching local teams, leading Kaizen events, and conducting lean maturity assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5+ years CI experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coach operations and CI leaders, teaching and coaching local teams on lean practices.
