Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required (Operations Management or related field highly preferred).
• Six-Sigma knowledge or certification preferred.
• Lean Champion certification or willingness to obtain certification a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to develop process improvement strategies.
• Lead Lean projects through discovery, design and implementation.
• Identify, develop, and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Develop business cases and establish project goals (financial and non-financial).
• Coordinate Lean transformation activities and teach problem solving methods.
