You will guide current and future state designs, develop implementation plans, coach senior leaders, and apply Lean tools to deliver measurable value while partnering with experts across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Lean management leadership with end-to-end transformation success.
• Experience in financial services or insurance and operational practices preferred.
• Lean certification or demonstrated continuous improvement experience in service settings.
• Proven ability to interpret data and measure performance.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead Lean transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Define current and future state with implementation plans and value impact.
• Build partnerships to embed continuous improvement across the organization.
• Use Lean tools to develop insights and standardize delivery of value streams.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality standard work and training workshops.
• Coach senior leaders and teams to sponsor and sustain improvements.
