Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. seeks an AVP, Corporate Transformation Advisory Delivery Manager to oversee transformation initiatives and drive continual improvement within a business unit.

This role requires a strong understanding of Lean principles and operational management to deliver sustainable results. You'll lead cross-functional teams, guide current and future state designs, develop execution plans, and coach senior leaders to sponsor and sustain continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of lean management leadership with transformational change success.
• Experience in financial services or insurance industries preferred.
• Lean or related certification, or experience with CI in service envs.
• Proven track record implementing Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to interpret data and measure performance.
• Adaptable to changing priorities with sound judgment.
• Strong oral and written communication with senior leaders.
• Change management principles and tools applied effectively.
• Excellent messaging for diverse audiences; strong presentation skills.
• Facilitation, teaching and coaching of diverse audiences.
• Team player with consulting and coaching delivery experience.
• High integrity; able to handle confidential matters.
• Proficient in project and program management; data mining/analysis.
• Work experience may substitute for education; travel 40–50%.
• Professional Lean Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of a Lean Transformation with initiatives and CI routines.
• Guide current and future state with implementation plans and value impact.
• Build partnerships to integrate CI into the organization.
• Use Lean tools to develop insight and drive standard work across value streams.
• Ensure consistent and successful delivery of standard work.
• Guide training and problem-solving workshops with senior managers and teams.
• Coach senior leaders to sponsor and sustain CI initiatives.
• Coach managers on tools to identify, prioritize and capture performance standards.
