Arch Capital Services LLC is seeking an AVP, Corporate Transformation Advisory Delivery Manager to oversee Lean transformation initiatives and drive continual improvement within a business unit. The role requires deep Lean expertise and the ability to collaborate with business experts to deliver sustainable results.

The position emphasizes coaching senior leaders, guiding both current and future states, and delivering consistent problem-solving workshops.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of lean management leadership with end-to-end transformation experience.
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industries and understanding of operational management practices.
• Lean or similar certification or experience implementing continuous improvement principles in service environments.
• Proven track record developing and/or implementing Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and measure performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior leaders.
• Change management principles, practices and tools knowledge.
• Travel 40%-50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of a Lean Transformation with responsibility for initiatives and continuous improvement practices.
• Define current and future state, implementation plan, and impact/value with business experts.
• Develop partnerships to understand business issues and priorities for continuous improvement.
• Use Lean tools to develop insights, solutions and Lean standard delivery of value streams.
• Ensure consistency and success of standard work delivery.
• Lead and train problem-solving workshops with senior managers and teams.
• Coach senior leaders to be effective sponsors and sustain improvements at all levels.
