Qualifications

• 7+ years of Lean management leadership
• Experience in financial services or insurance industries
• Lean or similar certification is a plus
• Proven track record in Lean/continuous improvement initiatives
• Data interpretation and performance measurement ability
• Ability to handle changing priorities
• Strong communication with senior leaders
• Change management principles and tools understandings
• Travel 40-50%

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of a Lean Transformation with responsibility for initiatives and continuous improvement
• Guide current state and future state with implementation plans and impact/value considerations
• Develop partnerships to understand business issues and embed continuous improvement
• Use Lean/problem-solving tools to derive insights and drive Lean standards
• Ensure consistent delivery of standard work
• Lead training and problem-solving workshops with senior managers/teams
• Coach senior leaders and other managers on sustaining improvements
• Coach teams on tools and techniques to identify, prioritize and capture performance standards
