Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking an AVP, Corporate Transformation Advisory Delivery Manager to oversee transformation initiatives using Lean principles.

You will guide current and future state architectures, partner with business experts, and drive sustainable improvement across a business unit. The role emphasizes Lean transformation, cross-functional collaboration, and coaching of senior leaders, with a focus on delivering measurable value and standard work across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Lean management leader with demonstrated success in leading end to end transformational change.
• Experience in financial services or insurance industries and understanding of operational management practices (preferred).
• Lean or similar certification, or experience implementing continuous improvement principles in service environments/organizations.
• Proven track record developing and/or implementing Lean/continuous improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and measure performance
• Ability to handle changing priorities and exercise good judgment
• Excellent communication skills with senior leaders
• Knowledge and application of change management principles and tools

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Lean Transformation initiatives and continuous improvement practices.
• Guide current and future state, implementation plan, and impact/value of changes with business experts.
• Develop partnerships to understand business issues and integrate improvement into organization.
• Use Lean/Problem Solving tools to develop insights and drive Lean standards in value streams or functions.
• Ensure consistent delivery of standard work.
• Lead training and problem-solving workshops with senior managers and teams.
• Coach senior leaders and managers on roles to support continuous improvement and management practices.
