The role requires strong operational and analytical thinking, effective communication, and deep insurance industry knowledge. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in Lean leadership, experience in financial services or insurance, and certification.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Lean transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Ability to interpret data and measure performance.
• Strong collaboration with business leaders to drive change.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Lean Transformation initiatives and continuous improvement practices.
• Guide current and future state with implementation plan and value of changes.
• Develop partnerships to integrate continuous improvement into the organization.
• Utilize Lean/Problem Solving tools to drive insights and standard work.
• Deliver consistent and successful delivery of standard work.
• Lead and coach training workshops for senior managers and teams.
• Coach senior leaders to sponsor and sustain improvements.
