GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Lean Leader to own and drive operational excellence across Software & Controls Solutions. You will champion lean methods, coach leaders, and promote Kaizen across value streams, aligning with GE Vernova culture and goals.

You will focus on deploying lean methods, improving KPI performance, and fostering a One Team mindset while driving cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Operations/Lean/Quality/Continuous Improvement with Lean deployment.
• Strong knowledge of lean fundamentals and operating methods.
• English fluency.
• Willingness to travel 20–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lean operating strategy aligned to priorities and efficiency targets.
• Deploy Kaizen Promotion Office standards and Lean Operating Method across streams.
• Own Lean deployment by assessing baselines, identifying opportunities, coaching leaders, driving maturity.
• Strengthen monthly operating rhythms, KPI reviews, and structured problem solving.
• Define and deploy kaizen standards for scoping, planning, execution, reporting, and sustainment.
• Manage productivity programs through integrated value stream roadmaps and waste reduction.
