Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Senior Lean & Operational Excellence Leader to establish and lead the Lean strategy for a new greenfield manufacturing facility supporting ~600 staff. You will build the site operating system, embed Lean into design and processes, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and Finance to deliver sustained improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or related field.
• Experience leading Lean deployment and delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience leading Lean/CI professionals or cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles including strategy deployment, daily management, value-stream mapping, standard work, Kaizen, and TPM.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean & Operational Excellence strategy and roadmaps with Plant Leader.
• Build and embed the greenfield operating system for scalable performance.
• Drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
• Establish daily management systems, leader standard work, and visual management.
• Lead Kaizen, value-stream improvements, and structured problem-solving.
• Develop Lean capability across all organization levels.
• Integrate Lean into product development, industrialization, and new product introduction.
• Enable digital transformation with automation and smart manufacturing technologies.
