Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a leader to drive enterprise-wide deployment and adoption of core Business System tools across manufacturing and transactional environments. You will embed the Operating Method, coach teams, and scale capabilities through training programs and certification initiatives.

You will partner with leadership to ensure measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while traveling up to 50% globally and building a high‑performing culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in lean, quality, operations, or engineering roles.
• Experience with Business Systems architecture and deployment.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide improvement initiatives and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of GE Vernova Business System tools across manufacturing and transactional environments.
• Collaborate with leadership and learning teams to design and deploy training programs.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and facilitation to leaders and teams; develop Train the Trainer and certifications.
• Support Kaizen events, problem solving, daily management and other lean initiatives with hands-on facilitation.
