Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a senior leader to deploy and scale the GE Vernova Business System across manufacturing and transactional environments. You will embed the Operating Method, lead problem solving, daily management, and Kaizen training, and drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will design and deliver training programs, coach leaders and teams, and build certification programs to advance lean maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
• Strong technical knowledge of Lean and Quality.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in lean, quality, operations, or engineering roles across manufacturing and transactional environments.
• Previous experience with Business Systems architecture and deployment.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide improvement initiatives and delivering quantifiable ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide deployment, evolution, and adoption of core Business System tools and methodologies across manufacturing and transactional environments.
• Develop and implement training programs; coach leaders and teams.
• Scale GE Vernova Business System across units; measure ROI and impact on performance.
• Define metrics and monitor progress for adoption and continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 50% globally to support multiple sites and units.
