Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an experienced Lean/Quality leader to drive enterprise-wide deployment of the GE Vernova Business System, embedding the Operating Method and scaling Lean practices in both manufacturing and transactional environments. You will coach teams to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, partnering with Quality and Learning teams to build capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
• Strong technical knowledge of Lean and Quality.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in lean, quality, operations, or engineering roles across manufacturing and transactional environments.
• Previous experience with Business Systems architecture and deployment.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide improvement initiatives and delivering quantifiable ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and scaling of the GE Vernova Business System tools, methodologies, and training programs across manufacturing and transactional environments.
• Ensure integration and alignment of tools with corporate and segment objectives.
• Build organizational capability to use tools to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Lean.
• Collaborate with Quality, Lean, Operations and Learning and Development teams to design, update, and deploy training programs.
• Deliver coaching, mentoring, and facilitation to leaders, teams, and Early Career Development Programs.
• Develop Train the Trainer programs for multiple tools and create Certification Programs to advance lean maturity.
• Provide facilitation and coaching for Kaizen events, Problem Solving Training, Visual Project Management, Daily Management, and Executive Lean Leadership.
• Develop and enhance batteries of job aids, templates, playbooks, and guides to support deployment.
• Define success metrics, monitor progress, analyze results, and refine strategies to maximize adoption.
