Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Corporate Lean Leader to drive continuous improvement across multiple functions, partnering with senior leaders to develop lean roadmaps and execute large-scale SQDC outcomes. You will lead Kaizens, coach teams, and advance an integrated Lean Operating System with standard work and daily management practices.

Qualified candidates bring 10+ years in CI, 5+ years leading global teams, and proven change leadership, with ability to travel 50%+ to support enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in continuous improvement, project management, operations, and/or related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience leading global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and successful change management.
• Ability and willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Leadership to translate strategic vision into actionable goals and operating rhythms.
• Design and implement a Lean Operating System for long-term functional operations.
• Build organizational capability through coaching on Lean mindset, tools, and practices.
• Lead business transformation priorities to optimize end-to-end processes across Corporate Functions.
• Drive development, execution, and sustainment of standard work.
• Optimize monthly operating rhythms and proactively identify risks to KPIs and outcomes.
• Lead problem solving with Lean tools to resolve complex challenges.
• Ensure improvements are sustained and lessons learned are embedded.
• Support the Hoshin Kanri process to establish breakthroughs.
