The Senior Industrial Engineering Leader is part of the Integrated Manufacturing Assembly & Flight Deck Industrial Engineering Group. This role will engage with our FLIGHT DECK and industrial engineering users across part families, shop operations, and supporting cross-functional teams that satisfy the needs for activities including standard work, layout and process development, kaizen event facilitation, direct labor productivity, problem solving, and process improvement initiatives focused on flow of material, asset utilization and resource capacity optimization. This position will require up to 60% travel.
The base pay range for this position is $159,000 - $200,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
