Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Leader who will shape long-term operational capability by leading CI strategy, managing projects and training others in CI and root cause analysis. This role reports to the Leader of Supply Chain Operational and Functional Excellence and is remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of applicable experience in continuous improvement, projects and supply chain.
• Strong root cause analysis skills (8D, Six-Sigma, 9-step problem solving).
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Ability to set priorities and inform on risks; decisive when delivering services.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across Enterprise Supply Chain with prioritization and resource coordination.
• Build a network of internal trainers and SMEs through train-the-trainer programs.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving workshops using RCA tools (5-Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, SIPOC).
• Coach supervisors and SMEs on root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Develop standardized tools, templates, and documentation; lead lean waste-reduction workshops.
• Facilitate process standardization with mapping, Gemba analysis, and change management.
• Support leadership development in communication, coaching and team development.
• Coordinate training governance: standardized materials, assessments, and records.
