Job summary

NWPX Infrastructure is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the Lean transformation across its manufacturing network. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to design and implement enterprise-wide CI initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will build roadmaps, coach leaders, facilitate Kaizen events, and develop standardized Lean systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years CI/Lean experience.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Experience with Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, PDCA and Kanban.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
Strong analytical and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year Continuous Improvement strategy across manufacturing facilities.
Lead Lean deployment and sustainment across locations; establish standards and dashboards.
Coach leaders and teams; develop CI training programs and standardized tools.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to improve processes, cost, quality and delivery.
Identify opportunities, measure impact and report results to executive leadership.
Sustain gains through audits, leader standard work, and performance reviews.
