Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader for a direct-hire role in the United States. You will lead value stream mapping, drive lean improvements, mentor teams, and partner with operations to execute strategic improvement plans.

You will identify automation opportunities and develop business cases for long-term automation roadmaps. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, 7+ years in CI (leadership preferred), experience with Toyota Production System

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field
7+ years in continuous improvement, preferably some in a leadership capacity
Experience with Toyota Production System principles
Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus
Ability to travel to other locations to support their continuous improvement activity

Responsibilities

Lead value stream mapping initiatives identifying future-state opportunities.
Drive lean improvements through process reviews and standardization efforts.
Mentor associates on lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
Partner with operations leaders to execute strategic improvement plans.
Identify automation opportunities enhancing quality, productivity, and profitability.
Develop business cases supporting long-term automation roadmaps.
Track and report improvements across safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
Promote continuous improvement culture through cross-functional collaboration.
