Enerflex Ltd. in Houston seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and accelerate the company’s Lean and Continuous Improvement journey across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and quality.

You will coach leaders, run Kaizen events, and transfer ownership to standardize gains with strong data-driven results. The role blends Lean leadership, structured problem solving, and cross‑functional program management, with field Gemba engagement and a focus on sustaining improvements after CI support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required/strongly preferred.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years leading significant Lean/CI initiatives with hands-on results.

Responsabilités

• Deploy the Enerflex CI/Lean roadmap across sites and functions.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects in fabrication, material flow, quality and schedule.
• Own charters, project pipeline, benefit verification and executive status reporting.
• Build and coach SQDC huddles, Leader Standard Work, Gemba walks, audits.
• Teach Kaizen events and value stream assessments; transfer ownership to operations.
