Westinghouse Electric Company in Columbia, SC is seeking an Operational Excellence Leader to identify strategic process improvements, apply lean methodologies, and implement solutions with positive business and financial impact. You will report to the Manager of Operational Excellence and work 100% onsite in Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities include leading complex continuous improvement projects, portfolio management, coaching teams, and partnering with Global Manufacturing OpEx to deploy lean

Formación

• Minimum four (4) years' experience manufacturing.
• LEAN or Six Sigma certification; else 2+ years experience.
• Compliance – has experience and compliance goals through a risk-based approach; understand modern manufacturing/lean techniques.
• Can identify opportunities that contribute to the work and mitigate risk across the value chain working across boundaries.
• Collaboration with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups.

Responsabilidades

• Identify strategic process improvement opportunities within designated areas and apply lean tools.
• Prepare analyses and present information on improvement opportunities and results to process owners and partners.
• Lead large projects or processes and manage portfolio execution across Global Manufacturing OpEx.
