Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operational excellence and related fields.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience advising senior leaders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to resolve critical operational issues and shape long-term strategy.
• Recognized expert in Lean, Six Sigma, structured problem solving, and process design.
• Ability to use operational data, ERP systems, reporting tools and data visualization to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior and executive leaders on critical Operational Excellence priorities.
• Translate strategy into multi-year OPX roadmaps and governance.
• Define goals and approaches for enterprise-level assignments.
• Develop and guide sustainable Lean/Six Sigma solutions.
• Anticipate risks and guide leadership decisions with long-term impact.
• Lead the development of new methods, frameworks, and standards.
• Evaluate future concepts, technologies, and process design opportunities.
• Define leading practices and reusable approaches for broad deployment.
• Establish enterprise measures and benefit realization methods.
