Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Learning and Leadership Development Consultant to design and deliver leadership development programs and consulting services for senior leadership across a large health system. This hybrid role combines program development, coaching, and stakeholder collaboration to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR management, organizational development, or related field.
Master's degree preferred
5 years of internal consultation and corporate training experience with senior leadership
3 years in organizational development and effectiveness preferred
5 years in a complex, multi-site organization preferred
Certification or formal training in Korn Ferry Leadership Architect preferred
ICF Credentialed Coach (ACC, PCC, or MCC) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Develops and implements leadership and management development programs aligned with talent pipeline goals.
Serves as a consultant to leadership and assesses training needs and outcomes.
Partners with leadership on talent review, succession planning, and development actions.
Facilitates organizational development and change management initiatives for leaders and teams.
Regularly communicates with client groups to identify needs and ensure successful deployment of content.
