Job summary

ONEOK is seeking a Learning & Leadership Development Partner to advance leadership capabilities across the organization. The role focuses on performance management, talent reviews, calibration, and development programs through structured initiatives and experiential learning.

Two positions are available: Houston and Tulsa, with a hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in leadership development, a strong background in program delivery, and experience with assessment tools to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, OD, or related field.
• Master's Degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of leadership development experience in mid-sized or large organizations.
• Experience delivering programs and applying adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of assessment tools and data-driven evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to assess development needs and align programs.
• Deliver leadership and employee development programs and coaching.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership capability building.
• Measure program impact using surveys and performance metrics.
• Collaborate to align development initiatives with organizational goals.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and foster a growth mindset.
