Job summary

McLeod Health is seeking a Training Specialist for the Organizational Learning team in the Coastal Region. This hybrid role focuses on leading leadership development initiatives, collaborating with HR and departmental leaders to implement a best-in-class learning strategy across the health system.

Responsibilities include designing experiential learning programs, coordinating orientation and annual training, and ensuring ongoing leadership development across all staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Partners with department leadership team to execute the strategic vision for leadership training content and delivery.
• Collaborates with Organizational Leadership and HR Partners to conduct leadership opportunity assessments and identify gaps.
• Builds a culture of high performance, development and accountability for talent development.
• Designs and implements leadership development programs with experiential learning and action learning experiences.
