Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Two years’ experience managing, directing and designing leadership development or training programs.
• Experience facilitating training for a professional audience in virtual environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ECP program design, delivery, and continuous improvement (virtual and in-person).
• Develop curricula, learning objectives, materials, and evaluation tools.
• Analyze feedback and outcomes to improve program effectiveness and reporting to leadership.
• Provide coaching and guidance to stakeholders and internal teams.
