Under the guidance of the Leadership Development Team Manager, the Extraordinary Contributor Program (ECP) Point Leader performs highly advanced (senior-level) training and development work.
Serves as the primary point leader, organizer, and facilitator for the ECP, overseeing all aspects of program planning, implementation, participant engagement, and continuous improvement. Develops, designs, coordinates, and delivers high-impact sessions and contributes to the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of systemwide leadership virtual and instructor-led leadership development experiences; identifies long-range program goals and strategies; conducts training needs assessments; develops annual program plans; evaluates program effectiveness; and provides consultation to HHS divisions and programs regarding employee growth and development opportunities. Serves as a key member of the development initiatives. Designs and facilitates customized leadership presentations, workshops, and learning experiences and provides individualized coaching to support participant growth, leadership development, and achievement of professional goals.
The position works under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
