Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; two years experience in leadership development or training programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the virtual Extraordinary Contributor Program (ECP) including design, participant experience, and evaluation.
Develop curricula, learning objectives, materials, and assessments to support program outcomes.
Provide individualized coaching and support for participant growth and leadership development.
