Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training with adult learning principles.
• Prepare courses, manage invitations, and administer post-course evaluations and data.
• Lead pilots and train-the-trainer sessions and assess content mastery.
• Research modern training methods and pursue professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate on content revisions and coordinate training activities.
• Ensure accessible and inclusive delivery with appropriate accommodations.
