Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Learning and Leadership Development Consultant in Organizational Development and Effectiveness. The role primarily supports a remote-friendly schedule with occasional in-office days to serve the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You will design and deliver leadership and management development programs, act as a trusted consultant to senior leaders, and partner on talent reviews, succession planning, and change initiatives. Strong coaching and OD expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years internal consultation and corporate training with senior leadership.
• 3 years organizational development experience in a multi-site organization.
• ICF Credentialed Coach preferred; Korn Ferry Leadership Architect training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements leadership and management development programs.
• Serves as a consultant to leadership for client groups and training needs.
• Partners with leadership on talent review and succession planning.
• Facilitates organizational development and change management programs.
• Communicates with client groups to determine needs and satisfaction.
