Job summary

Gems Setra, a Gems Setra unit of Ralliant, is seeking a Director of Sales - Critical Environments to lead the North American sales team, including channel and direct sales, with travel up to 50%.

You will drive go-to-market strategies, develop accounts, and foster strategic partnerships with hospitals, labs, data centers, and OEMs, ensuring revenue growth while maintaining margins and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree + certifications in related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or critical environments.
• 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.
• Familiarity with ISO, ASHRAE, IEC standards and regulations.
• Live within reasonable commute of major airport and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales forecasts for the Americas region while ensuring appropriate profit margins are maintained.
• Profitably develop and grow Critical Environments direct and channel business with existing customers while cultivating new channels, markets, and customers.
• Set and execute a go-to-market strategy for the business unit and channel strategy.
• Drive creation and execution of territory, market segment and account plans to drive share gain.
• Build relationships with customers, channel partners and OEMs to enable strategic development.
