Job summary

Gems Setra is seeking a Director of Sales for the Critical Environments unit to lead North America channel and direct sales efforts, driving forecast attainment, profitability, and growth in healthcare, labs, and data centers.

You will set go-to-market strategy, develop account plans, and manage a regional team. This role requires collaboration with marketing and customers, and involves significant travel up to 50% to support major projects and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or critical environments.
• 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.
• Familiarity with industry standards, compliance, and regulations such as ISO, ASHRAE, IEC, etc.
• Live within reasonable commute of major airport and willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales forecasts for the Americas region while ensuring appropriate profit margins are maintained.
• Profitably develop and grow Critical Environments direct and channel business with existing customers while cultivating new channels and markets.
• Set and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the business unit, including channel strategy and prospective opportunities.
• Build high-level relationships with major customers, channel partners and OEMs/end Users to enable long-term strategic development.
